how much are the shares sara cos if he gets to 90% he can force you to sell @£3 per share which is what he paid.

once he hits 75% the club will be taken fromt he stock exchange and made private - when/if he reaches 90% then the debt taken out to secure his investment will no longer be personal debt it will pass on to the club - this is the major concern
