how England are still in the top 10 is beyond me!
Wouldn't personally put England in the top 20, as far as I can see Scotland and Northern Ireland are far better teams putting in much better performances with much more limited resources

I wouldn't necessarily agree with that, I think 9 times out of 10 England would beat both Scotland and Northern Ireland, although the gap currently is closer than it has been in decades.
there's a surprising lack of decent countries out there, hence England managing to hang on to the coat-tails of the top 10. just.
