Go to outlook express, tools tab, e mail accounts, POP3, in the incoming bow enter this...mail.tesco.net In the outgoing box enter SMTP.tesco.net

Enter your username and password and what name you want to be known as in the relevant boxes and click the Test Account button............let me know if you still get errors.

On the out going server I did enter SMTP.tesco.net

user name is the same as e-mail address I think.

glyn.lockley@tesco.net

broadband log in is glyn.lockley@adsl.tesco.net

Are you on MSN mate, I'm logged in,so go there if you are........

try entering SMTP.adsl.tesco.net
